As the failures of wind turbine happen frequently, resulting in serious economic losses, and now the shortcomings of traditional means for equipment maintenance and repair are obvious, plus in the context of wind power companies putting forward higher requirements on the operation reliability of the wind turbine and scientific management, remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system has come into being, this project is to be carried out based on this.The operation conditions of wind turbine generator system request an advanced condition monitoring system that can predict the faults and help operators to make decisions. It uses vibration signals from gearboxes in wind farms as the signal source, conducts signal analysis to sampled data with self-developed embedded microprocessor, and monitors the operating parameters on line through remote computers; with the video-audio monitoring system,the operators can get the comprehensive, real-time remote monitoring of the operating status of the wind turbine. The vibration signal analysis techniques we use includes time-domain analysis, statistical analysis, spectrum analysis and cepstrum analysis.Now the system has been put into use, and the validity and the accuracy have been proved. |
