With the rapid development of marine transportation in recent years, personnel rescue drowning caused by ship collision and extreme weather is becoming more and more attention, AIS-EPIRB is in this background of a drowning rescue equipment. It will be able to quickly send location information of man overboard to the vessels around and AIS-SART, which can quickly determine the location information to achieve a fast rescue drowning purpose.Content of the paper to solve the two problems in the design of AIS-EPIRB must be considered:the miniaturization and low power consumption.Miniaturization can be more portable, low power consumption can increase the rescue time. The miniaturization mainly through the integrated circuits and optimize the circuit design to improve, low-power mainly by improve the software of modulation, optimized matching circuit and antenna selection. These efforts ultimately reflected in the product, making the product of standby time has been significantly improved, the volume is reduced by half and the performance of the device has also been optimized depth.Essays writing is described from the four major modules of the product, namely, MCU, VCO, power amplifiers, antennas. Four modules are designed based on the miniaturization and the low-power, VCO frequency debugging and antenna matching debugging of the AIS-EPIRB design is also critical to the success of the product, and finally the whole product debugging successfully demonstrates the feasibility of the design and products are very welcomed by the market.
