FRP Rescue Boat Design And The Local Strength Analyzing By FEM

Glass fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)is a kind of composite material and the performance application scope is very wide,which has a bright prospect in the market and is applied in different kinds of field.It has high specific strength,which is important for decreasing structural weight.Meanwhile have many advantages on boats construction.FRP material particularity makes the production process of the fiberglass craft not only the same as the traditional steel craft,but also the difference.Different construction process makes glass steel boat have its unique characteristics during the design process.The rescue boat with high speed that made by Dalian Songliao Shipyard can cooperate with large scale surface ships to guarantee well communication and interaction between ship and bank.More importantly,it can directly participate in the various of task,which do salvation,basin of patrol,vigilance,traffic and transportation in shallow waters and inland river.The paper is to make the design analysis for the high speed FPR secure boat in order to confirm yacht parameter and system setting and analyze the strength of the reinforced of FPR secure boat based on the regulations related.For rescue boat with skimming boat,FRP hull will reduce the weight of the boat and will be beneficial to the ship speed.In the process of construction,reinforced plate structure that are made of FRP material not only helps to reduce weight,but also has superior anti-bending performance.FRP laminated plates may be regarded as multilayer monolayer plate after gluing and heat curing.The longitudinal of monolayer plate is different.We should analyze the strength of monolayer plate firstly before analysis strength of laminated plate.Based on benefits of factory and actual production,we design new form of reinforcement materials by scheme of high speed boat.In addition,we do strength check and comparison for the material form of FRP profile by ANSYS and compare with the traditional cap file to get qualified rib plate that meet design regulation,then recommend it can be applied in actual production process in factory.
