A Research Of Interior-Design Management Of The Sifang Holliday Inn Hotel Project

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s market economy, the real estate industry has a rapid increase which impacts soial production and living seriously. Consumers have growing demands for high-quality life, including high-quality hotels. However, the integrated efficiency of hotel investment is not very high. Out-of-control Investment is a common phenomenon in building investment. A major reason for the phenomenon is lack of effective management and control of hotel projects of real estate in the interior design phase. This thesis presents findings from a case research of the Sifang Holliday Inn Hotel. The study sets out to introduce characteristics and methods of interior-design management, find out key factors influencing progress and quality in the process of interior-design management, and provide effective methods on progress and quality control of the design management process in order to speed up progress, control costs and improve overall efficiency of hotel projects.Finally, the researcher summarizes the findings of analyzing the Sifang Holliday Inn Hotel and suggests implications for future projects.
