Pallet is one of the main assembled package in modern logistic, Pallet Package can not only increase efficiency but also keep the product safe and steady when moved. With the rapid development of logistics industry in our country, the pallet usage is also rapidly increasing. The wooden pallets occupied the most part of the market. But as the environment pressure and limitations of international logistics, wooden pallets in part of the logistics field is gradually replaced by other pallet.For a long time, wooden pallets have been highly used because of the limitation of their own conditions. Therefore, researching a new kind pallet to replace the wooden pallet become an important task to the modern logistics. As a new kind of pallet the new type bamboo material pallet is not only beneficial to the development of logistics industry, but also has important significance to promote the development of bamboo. And it can also bring benefits of economic, social and ecological when using the bamboo as raw materials to develop a new type pallet. At the same time, the new pallet also has the realistic significance to promote the development of bamboo processing industry, solve the three agricultural problems and promote the building of a new countryside construction process. So, this paper aimed at the bamboo material pallets, and did the following research and analysis.1. Introduced the bamboo material pallet manufacturing process. Analyzed the bamboo ring which is the one of the main components of bamboo material pallet, the conclusion was that the biggest influence of the stress is in the center of the bamboo ring connected with bamboo veneer of bonding area. The height of the bamboo ring has the less influence.2. The pallet frame which is the one of the main components of bamboo material pallet to obtain all kinds of alternative materials is analyzed under the condition of the same deformation conditions. Based on analytical hierarchy process analysis to quantitative analyze, the conclusion was that engineering plastic is the ideal material.3. The Plywood which is the one of the main components of bamboo material pallet is analyzed based on resistance test method to get the elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio, which can provide data support for the pallet analysis.4. Based on mechanics theory to research the pallet under different load and work condition, established the mechanical model of pallet’s deck under different load mode, put forward the design conditions of strength and stiffness and discussed the method of improving pallet’s strength and stiffness.5. The mechanical property of the typical structure of the bamboo material pallet is analyzed by using the method of computer simulation, the conclusion was that plastic frame pallet has batter mechanical performance than plywood frame pallet and wood frame pallet which provided evidence for the reasonable design of wooden pallet.Research results provided theoretical evidence for bamboo material pallet’s promotion and mass production, it had practical directive significance for optimizing pallet materials、design and its evaluation.
