The Mechanical Property Analysis Of Wood-plastic Composite Pallet

Pallet is one of the main assembled package in modern logistic, pallet package can keep the product safe,steady and efficient when moved. With the consumption of pallet increased fast, the safety load and reasonable of pallet had become more and more important. We found the pallet's failure of anti-bending is the main factor result in products' damage. So, this paper aimed to pallet's bending load property ,and did the following research and analysis.First, analyzed the effect of circulating environment,load type,pallet's structure, and obtained the main factors which affect the pallet's load capacity.Later, based on mechanics theory, established the mechanical model of pallet's deck and string under different work conditions and load mode, and obtained the conditions of strength and stiffness. Compared with the relation of mechanical model under different work environments, bring forward the pallet's design principle on the condition of different work environment.Last, by the use of ANSYS software, a simulation analysis of pallet is finished, and some comparison studies have been conducted for the two typical pallet with same external dimension...
