With the serious destruction of the ecological environment and the increasingly shortage of the forest resources, there is an inexorable trend to develop a new kind of materials instead of wood fully. As a kind of important logistics equipment in handling and transporting, pallet should fulfill the requirements of economy, technology, environmental protection, which is one of the most important works to promote the logistics industry and is also a major issue in domestic and overseas currently. There is a huge demand for pallet in China seen from the perspective of market demand,. With the rapidly development of the global economy, the consciousness on the theories of sustainable development and the environmental logistics have been gradually strengthened. The research and development of wood-instead environmental material to make bamboo honeycomb pallet can not only save the precious forest resources but also make full use of the bamboo resources. And it can also bring benefits of economic, social and ecological when using the bamboo as raw materials to develop a new type pallet. At the same time, the new pallet also has the realistic significance to promote the development of bamboo processing industry, solve the three agricultural problems and promote the building of a new countryside construction process.Firstly, the performance research of environmental wood-instead material in the domestic and overseas and is analyzed and the research situation of bamboo packaging materials at home and abroad are analyzed. And the importance of developing green logistics packaging materials in modern society is expounded by using the related basic theory of the green logistics, green logistics packaging and green logistics packaging materials. Secondly, the paper studies on the design of the overall structure and the technological process of the environmental protection bamboo honeycomb pallet via using SolidWorks and some related theories combining with the actual production and processing of the pallet. Then, a mechanics analysis model of the environmental protection bamboo honeycomb pallet is established through its mechanics analyzing with the mechanical related theory, and revises the model through the experiment. Finally, we analyzes and studies the resources and performance advantages of bamboo honeycomb pallet and come up with the idea that bamboo honeycomb pallet with the bamboo as main raw materials has broad application prospects, and proposes several suggestions to the development of the bamboo honeycomb pallet, on the basis of analyzing the current usage of the pallet in our country and the comparison of wooden and bamboo honeycomb pallet, which lays a firm foundation on further researches on environmental bamboo honeycomb pallet.The Combination of the bamboo processing industry with the modern green equipment industry can revitalize China’s traditional bamboo processing industry and can also accelerate the industrialization process of new bamboo material. Furthermore, the research of the bamboo honeycomb pallet can also speed up the establishment of the combined transport system in our country and promote the development of modern logistics technology.
