Through investigation and research on domestic and international airborne automatic lubrication system, according to the former installed work environment requirements.after the designed program demonstrates, the overall program selects progressive lubrication system and achieves airborne which has timing quantitative filling, automatic lubrication system fault detection alarm, key position protection;After researching installed work environment and requirements of the system,the initially identify the number and location of the device lubrication points; through detailed research and calculation analysis,they determine the working principle and the key performance parameters of the system:Amount of grease the lubrication point, System operating pressure, the best oiling time and temperature range;They apply three-dimensional visualization technology, large-scale simulation software such as Pro/E before installed body and automatic lubrication systems to establish a numerical model; Through site visits and staff consultation,they determine the installation position of the hydraulic pump station, electric control system and distributors at all levels; According to Before installation-specific parts,they design a variety of piping layout and Zala prevention devices; At the same time,they effectively solve the problem of system components and piping interference by the three-dimensional motion simulation study and protect the effectiveness of system installation and normal operation of equipment;They simulate the lubrication pump volume, the distributor outlet flow at all levels, the system pressure, filling time with virtual simulation technology, software such as Matlab/simulink, AMESim respectively and draw the impact of factors such as temperature, pressure and oil quality, meanwhile,they came to the impact of factors such as temperature, pressure, oil quality and length of piping on the amount of lubricating oil for the site design study and provide important theoretical parameters;They use PLC fuzzy control technology, research and design diagnosis technology such as low level automatic alarm, power failure alarm, automatically clogging automatic alarm function fault, to meet the different workloads own set requirements under with oil, they increase the keyboard and LCD screen, such as man-machine interface;They determine the hydraulic pump station, electric control system, alarm indicator, all levels of distributor and other major components of the installation location and complete the installed machine load of automatic lubrication system on-site installation, through additional security facilities they properly adjustment to the lubrication points and the corresponding piping installation position, effective way to avoid the occurrence of extrusion, Zala problem;By tracking the wheeled ago installed under the pit job, they collect at the scene of the lubrication system working data, systematic analysis of the oil of the lubrication point, oiling time,the oiling system pressure, temperature change data to ensure airborne lubrication system normal work.In short, by way of a large number of theoretical calculations,analysis of simulation experiments,on-site installation and commissioning, the project not only completes the research,development and application of the work of the former installed automatic lubrication system but also ensures the effective operation of the former installed lubrication system, the last but not least they improve installation pit operations work efficiency.
