| The auto-centralized grease lubrication system for vehicle chassis can effectively prolong the life-cycle of chassis, reduce its maintenance cost, and improve the vehicle's performance level, consequently, a series of problems with handwork periodic, grease lubrication could be solved. So, the economy value of the auto-centralized grease lubrication system is quite huge and its applicable foreground is quite bright. However, the greasing interval time could not adjusted automatically related to environmental temperature change in present control methods. The pump consumed more electrical energy because of long operating time and the system kept higher pressure. There were some performance faults of the grease lubrication products due to unreasonable structure desgin. The operating performance cuold not dectected on real time with traditional meters. The objectives of this research were to improvep system control methods and structure desgin methods, to obtain performances parameters based on virtual instrument systems, and to provide optimizing products of the centralized grease lubrication system. The main research contents and conclusions are as flowing.1. Based on analysis of work principles and control methods of grease lubrication system, the auto-adjustment methods of greasing interval time was presented on environmental temperature change.2. Based on comparation and analysis of different desgin proposals of key parts for grease lubrication system, improved structure desgins were presented in order to increase the operating reliability.3. The main line pressure characteristic curves of grease lubrication system contain useful information when they are in normal operation condition. The actual operation curves of the system were obtained on acquiring the dynamic pressure waves in main lines based on virtual instrument systems.4. The improved auto-centralized grease lubrication system was examined in practical vehicle chassis. The results showed better control rationality and operating reliability. |
