Research On Slide Height Counting Device Of Press Machine And Its Application Technology

The slide height of press machine is used to describe the distance between slider and workingtable when the slider is in the position of bottom dead center. In fact, its detection is an importantfactor to ensure the quality of stamping products in the process real-timely and reliably. Thereforein process area of press, the slide height of detection theory, technique, method and instrumentwere widespread concerned research area. Combined with the need of slide height counter and thedevelopment trendency of domestic and aboard, the key technologies of slide height countermechanical structure and control system were studied in-depth in this thesis.In chapter1, the background and significance of this thesis were studied, and then thedeveloping status of the press slide height adjustment device, slide height counting device, slideheight automatic adjustment and control technology and other related technologies of domestic andaboard were summarized and analyzed.The main targets and the chapter arrangement of this thesiswere presented based on forementioned work.In chapter2, based on the analysis of the basic requirements of the counter slide heightdetection and adjustment, the overall system of counter was designed. The method of counter Graycode rapid identification and the reliability were proposed which can capture Gray code dataquickly and efficiently.In chapter3, according to the requirements of electronic counter, based on the originalJinsong counter of Qidong, the Gray encoder disk, case, carry gear, worm sleeve and otherstructures were designed and an electronic counter of Gray code was developed. Based on this, thedata acquisition card of PCI-7422was used to collect the data of slide height counter whichdemonstrating this scheme of electronic counter is feasible.In chapter4, for the requirements of electronic counter, the overall circuit structure of thecounter was analyzed around the micro-controller. The signal acquisition circuit, motor controllingcircuit, keyboard and display circuit, console control circuit, communication circuit, power circuit,antiinterference circuit and other aspects of the circuit were designed respectively. Theimplementation principle, function and matters of the circuits were descripted in detail.In chapter5, for the design requirements of counter control device, combined with the countermechanical design and circuit design, the signal acquisition module, keyboard and display module,motor controlling module, data communication module, data storage module and alarm module were designed and analyzed respectively to complete the signal acquisition of slide heightadjustment, controlling of adjustment process, feedback of adjustment result and other functions.Finally, the whole work of this thesis was summarized and the further research work andprospects were presented.
