With the development of modern industry,intelligent manufacturing is leading the innovation of manufacturing industry.High quality of oil seal is in urgent need,which is widespread used in a variety of machinery.Therefore,in order to shorten the design cycle and reduce cost and improve the design efficiency,sealing technology and product design technology of oil seal need further study and constantly innovation.This paper summary the effect rule of key parameters on performance,based on the parametric design of rotary skeleton oil seal and the numerical simulation of influence of key factors on seal performance.Product design can get feedback on the analysis results that provided theoretical reference for the structural design of skeleton oil seal and design guidance.Then,series design method and modular configuration design method were put forward and researched.(1)Aimed at the feature of rotary skeleton oil seal,this paper summarizes structural parameters which have a decisive influence on the sealing performance,by analyzing its structure.The structural parameters of this article include interference amount and oil side angle and air side angle and R and waist thickness and waist length.At the same time,spring and the static pressure in the cavity are the analysis subjects.Discussions about the influence of key parameters on performance provide references for further research of parametric design methods and performances.(2)The subject researched flow field of skeleton oil seal lip contact zone in the ideal fluid dynamics analysis.The analysis of main lip fitting domain could carried on from two aspects of pumping theory model,asymmetric inclined lip structure and micro rough wrinkles structure on contact surface.Firstly,under the conditions of different main lip structural parameters and working conditions,the relationships between asymmetric inclined lip structure and pumping effect of are analyzed.Secondly,in view of the contact surface wrinkles structure,the idealized model was established,and their influence on pumping effect are discussed.The research results show that relationships between the key parameters and sealing performance varied.(3)Through practice of oil seal parametric design research project,its features were summarized.Based on the features of structure design,combination with sealing performance analysis results,serialization design method and the technology of modular configuration were proposed to apply in the design of oil seal and the further research.Structure dimensions were classified,according to effects on sealing function structure.According to the size specifications and key features and local characteristics,the corresponding series study was carried.In addition,through the different product features,the modular division was conducted,including the oil sealing main lip module,dustproof vice lip module and assembly support department module.Through standardized interfaces and different module configuration,different functions and series are obtained.The structure and functional characteristics of rotary skeleton oil seal determines that its sealing performance analysis and structure design are inter-related.Base on this study,the application in oil seal products of serial product design and modular design method of configuration were put forward.The methods were applied in the parametric design system for further system development and improving the quality of oil seal and products standardization. |
