There are some components that direct contact with the pumped medium in the reciprocating diaphragm pump ,such as diaphragm ,pump valve and air vessel ,so these components are key components that influence the operating life of the reciprocating diaphragm pump .This paper main research about optimum structure of the diaghragm ,emulation of the pump valve'motion regular and the air vessel'influence to pump'hydraulic characteristics.There some contents in this paper,such as:(1)The mathematical model of diaphragm is created;(2)There are stress analysis and strain anslysis of diaphragm by ANSYS;(3)There is the maximal deformation curve of diaphragm that is engaged by MATLAB, and the quartic polynomial expression of the diaphragm's maximal deformation curve is solution;(4) There is emulation of the pump valve'motion regular by MATLAB;(5)The mathematical model of the pump's hydraulic characteristics is created and it is emulated by MATLAB;(6)The capacity of air vessel that is created by the method of digital iterative division is contrasted with the capacity that is created by the theory of long pipe and short pipe;...
