This Thesis based on the Sanmenxiaï¹£Xichuan highway project, considering thetraffic loads, differential settlement, and a variety of factors such as different embankmentfilling, field measured strain and temperature at the grass-roots level of the section of theroad. By measured data, it is concluded that the basic law of strain and strain change ofdifferent thickness at the grass-roots level. In this paper, the characteristics of the strain atthe grass-roots level is divided into lateral strain and vertical strain monitoring respectively.Buried under the different cross-sectional, will help to reduce the interference of differentinfluence factors, more intuitive reflect the basic law of strain.Laboratory test, field sampling conducted to obtain the best gradation of themechanical properties of cement stabilized gravel. Through the particle analysis test, thecompaction characteristic, compressive modulus of resilience, unconfined compressivestrength, flexural strength, splitting strength, temperature shrinkage test, the optimizationunder the gradation of cement stabilized macadam material to guide the constructiontechnology. Indoor measured by elastic modulus and strain values on-site monitoring of theactual level of the site can be considered grassroots anti-stress.Through filled soil embankment and filled stone embankment Shang of grass-rootsstrain monitoring, and grass-roots temperature monitoring, and embankment deformationmonitoring, through contrast analysis came embankment deformation on grass-roots strainof effects and grass-roots temperature on grass-roots strain of effects, filled stoneembankment of moments settlement will makes grass-roots strain appeared mutations,grass-roots temperature and grass-roots strain is negative related relationship, grass-rootsthickness of reduction thin to220mm grass-roots horizontal strain peak increases22%.Results of this study may be the future of mountain highway reasonable thickness ofsemi-rigid design provides a reference.
