| With the rapid development of economic and road construction in China, rock fillembankment as a special embankment structure, has been wildly used in highwayconstruction in the mountain areas. But because the filler has the specialty of large sizeã€little fine aggregate〠inhomogeneity, great challenges have been given to theengineering construction technique and engineering resting technique.By reorganization analysis of the rock fill embankment construction engineeringexamples in recent years, the article analyzes the compaction method and compactioninfluencing factors of the rock fill embankment. Then combined with the site test andengineering practices in GuangLe road, through the synthetically analysis of factorsinfluencing densification effect for maximum grain size of rock fillingmaterial,lay-down thickness, grain size composition, densification machinery anddensification frequency etc, this paper studies key technical problems aboutconstruction technologies for spreading and leveling of filling material, choosingdensification machinery,densification technology and slope constructionsystematically.This paper analyses the compaction technology of the large size crushedrock by the method of project experiment and numerical analysis. Engineeringconstruction technique and engineering testing technique which suit the large sizecrushed rock has been put forward.This research would promote the widespread use ofthe large size crushed rock in project. The research results of the engineeringconstruction technique and engineering testing technique for the rock fill embankmentof the large size crushed rock is of practical significance and use value to the ensure theproject quality,rate of progress,and effectively control the project investment.... |
