Ground fracture is one of the typical geological disasters of city, which not only damagekinds of construction projects, traffic facilities and urban lifeline engineering, but also giverise to a waste of land resources. To decrease the influence of ground fracture movement toconstructions, Shanxi Provincial minimum avoidance distance of the local statutes providesfor buildings. Due to the research on the safety performance impact of differential settlementof the ground fissures on superstructure are rare, it has important practical significance toanalyze safety performance of structures in ground fracture area.This study establishes10and15layers of two kinds of structure model in ANSYSsoftware, each model include two conditions of independent foundation and raft foundation,and then establishes the thickness of raft foundation are0.4m,0.6m,0.8m and1.0m frame-shear model structure, use the support displacement method to analog the uneven groundsubsidence of ground fracture, the whole structure is studied in elastic analysis under theseparate action of conditions of differential settlement of the ground fissures. Discuss theinternal force and deformation of frame-shear wall in the state of different layers, differentfoundation forms and different raft foundation stiffness in different avoidance distances.Through the analysis on calculated results, find the bottom structure is weak part. Analyzeinternal force variation rule of independent foundation frame-shear structure and raftfoundation frame-shear structure in ground fracture area, and analysis its similarities anddifferences. results indicate that with the increase of raft thickness, structures internal forcewill increase, and the increase rate is gradually reduced.This paper also discusses the method of considering ground fracture in the general forcedesign, studies the internal force ratio of differential settlement single condition in consideringthe uneven settlement combination, proposes the method of using the proportion to designstructures in ground fracture area. Demonstrate the possibility of narrowing the minimalrequired secure distance of frame-shear structure in the lip-ward displaced block of groundfracture.
