Today, green building research has become a popular field of architecture study.Domestic research status has relatively started late to foreign. The practice of green concept isalso relatively low degree of completion. However, practice of green building concept can bemore direct and effective when study about geographical experience in traditional residentialbuilding climate adaptation. In recent, there had more and more study of climate adaptation oftraditional houses, such as the West off big house, bamboo houses and other, which based onLingnan hot and humid climates. Because of this, this thesis selected Chaoshan typicaltraditional houses " Xiashanhu " and the village streets as the object of research which alsobased on Lingnan hot and humid areas. An model has been built in a typical summer time(there is the election that14:00pm in June21, the external wind speed is0.5m/s and outdoortemperature is32℃), there were a lot of simulated results and data through the use of FluentCFD software. That will provide a reference for the regional architectural design though thatdetailedly and practically evaluate and summarize the analysis data about air naturalventilation organizations and environmental conditions in streets of village and the indoor oftraditional dwellings.First, the research based on the study of literature that about the traditional village streetsand residential areas in the Chaoshan area. The Sima Village in Chaonan area of Shantou cityhad been selected as a example to be surveyed, The conclusion that " Xiashanhu " mainlyexist in two types of residential space of south and East entrance. The space type of villagestreets by the two residential space respective formation.Secondly, through simulation analysis comparing different villages facing the street atthe time of a typical summer environment of wind, towards to demonstrate the differentvillage streets can maintain good ventilation either.Again, on this basis, the comparative study of natural ventilation organization of villagestreets at different spatial scales streets. And continue further analysis and study of differentscale residential streets indoor air environmental impacts.Finally, the analysis focused on the impact of spatial elements such as courtyard housesand flat opening in the natural ventilation of indoor organization, holistic analysis of thevarious elements of the value of natural ventilation in the living space in your organization.In summary, this paper attempts to a comprehensive analysis of natural ventilation toorganize and wind streets and residential indoor environmental conditions from Chaoshoutraditional villages in the streets-patio-flat open space systems and other elements, and toprovide a reference for the regional architectural design.
