The author investigate and study the actual case of five-star business hotel’s restaurantand kitchen in GuangZhou to conclute the strategy of designing for the restaurant and kitchen.In this article, the main study depends on four aspects of the functional layout of therestaurant, streamline design, size scale, indoor environment for the specific design elementsto explore and summarize.The study of the kichen depands on the same aspects of therestaurant. Finally, the relationship between both the kitchen and the restaurant were studied,specifically addressed to the kitchen and dining functional components, layout, verticalrelationships, streamline design, and on the relationship between the area ratio.Innovative research results of this article are the following aspects. First, the study of thevarious parts of a five-star business hotel restaurant features area ratio, obtained by anapproximate ratio of actual cases. The second is to study the size of the table in the restaurant,through practical case studies Fix restaurant roundtable formula. The third is for the restaurantand kitchen area ratio relationship studies, practical examples drawn by bicycle than relationswith the dining area, while the number deduced kitchen dining corresponding processmodules can be supplied in accordance with the production process of the kitchen.Firstly, the target object in the clear after study and research, scientific frameworkproposed in this study to begin research.Secondly, the relationship between the author relies Institute for five-star hotels inGuangzhou were visited, followed by on-site investigation of the Sofitel Hotel, Grand Hyatt,Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe’s new restaurant kitchens, on-site field after hearing the hotel sectorManager experience and opinions on kitchen design management.Then, through the relationship between the author and the institute’s collection networkliterature, for business-type star hotel in Guangzhou City area were analyzed and research,combined with the specific circumstances of the research to be compared and analyzed, asystematic summary of the scientific results conclusion。...
