Over the last decade, China’s real estate market has developed rapidly, real estatecompanies also will rise, real estate development enterprises across the country asmuch as a total of one thousand, the scale of development and management level isuneven, resulting in a wide gap between the development of real estate companies inthe project management,real estate companies gap is too large. Real estate enterprisesof different sizes, similar to the type of product development, but there is no uniformstandardized project management more standardized, in order to make the projectmanagement of the projects of the real estate companies, This paper studies thelarge-scale real estate enterprise project implementation process control. Relevantmanagement theories, methods, and combined with their work practices, projectmanagement and control of the management of large real estate company to exploreand define the large Real Estate Group and their respective company or projectbetween the Department of responsibilities and rights, as well as contract management,cost management, quality management, schedule management, security management,and other aspects of the study and sum up its own proposals and methods. A certainrole in promoting the specification and optimization of large real estate groupcompanies project management procedures.
