With the rapid development of the transportation industry,the traditional way of traffic guidance and information service release is more and more obvious,which can not meet the needs of people's travel information services.How to integrate traffic information and choose the most suitable services from a wide range of candidate services is critical to the successful construction of service-oriented applications.In order to select the high availability of traffic information services at the same time reflect the user's subjectivity and quality of service of the objectivity,that is,the service not only to meet the user's function,the quality of service should be guaranteed.Because the quality of service is the basis for the user to choose the service,the QoS of the service is of great significance.This paper starts from the theoretical research to study the system flow of traffic information service and the optimization method of traffic information service combination.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the concept of service,the definition of traffic information service and are described according to the background of application,According to the description of service composition and the characteristics of traffic environment,the definition of traffic information service combination are described and the combination of traffic information service have the characteristics.Propose the traffic information service QoS key attribute index model are and data standardization processing technology.(2)With the purpose of constructing traffic information service combination process,describe the concept and representation of service composition template,and analyze the current mainstream service composition method,This paper proposes a service composition method based on combination template,workflow technology and semantic reasoning technology to construct the service composition.(3)According to the proposed service composition method,the optimization process design of service composition system is given,including the system design and workflow.In the optimization algorithm,according to the QoS key attribute index model of traffic information service,the best service is selected from the candidate service and combined toreturn to the user.The QoS key attribute index calculation model of traffic information service includes standardization of QoS index data based on "tolerance",determination of QoS attribute weight and index weight.
