Research On Subjective Evaluation Method Of Automobile Performance

In order to enhance the competitiveness of domestic brands, it is necessary to domesticbrands have independent research and development of new models with distinctive features,chassis, as the most important part of the car, so the chassis development has become focus ofresearch and development of new models. On chassis development process, subjectiveevaluation and objective evaluation and simulation is the main means of three kinds ofdevelopment, including subjective evaluation method belongs to the performance oftraditional matching and calibration method, the driver take the task of driving a car at thesame time detection performance and is a very effective method, can get high precision of theresults of the analysis. However due to domestic for subjective valuation of the late start ofthe accumulated data, and confidentiality of advanced foreign technology, at present there isno a set of complete vehicle subjective evaluation system in our country. Therefore, studyways to establish a complete set of matching the subjective evaluation and objectiveevaluation system has important significance for the models of independent development.Based on the domestic and foreign mature subjective evaluation system on the basis ofthe analysis, with passenger cars as the research object, put forward including dynamics,brake, steering stability, comfort and harshness (NVH), and the corresponding number of fiveprojects evaluation index, and gives the evaluation indicators of test methods and test road.After determining the method of passenger car subjective ratings of the performanceevaluation system: using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to deal with subjectiveevaluation index of each project, monomial index weight is determined. Finally, trials on realvehicle road test site in Beijing, with dynamics, brake, operating stability evaluation project asan example, the rationality of the index weight, finally through the spider diagram resultsshow. Results show that the passenger subjective evaluation index system andevaluation method has certain guiding significance and practicability.In this paper, for the automotive chassis establish foundation for objective evaluation ofthe performance development system.
