The teachingequipments of flexible production line are researched and developed in this general trend, totrain technical personnel maintaining, repairing and debugging the flexible production line forenterprises.In this paper, the teaching equipment of flexible production line has the basic functionsof typical flexible production line and can make operations including sorting, processing andwarehouse to work pieces.As a teaching equipment, the whole system also has characteristicsof modularization and openness.According to the description above, the teaching equipment of flexible production line isdivided into the conveying&sorting unit, the transferring and processing unit and thestereoscopic warehouse unit for design which mainly includes:1、Make an overall design of the teaching equipment of flexible production line, trying tomake the equipment more closely aligned with the reality while meeting the requirements fordeveloping students’comprehensive vocational ability.2、Design the control system of the teaching equipment of flexible production line,including a power module, an electrical control system and a pneumatic control system.3、Design every unit of the flexible production line, focusing on the electrical control partin every unit. For instance, the I/O wiring diagram, speed control and positioning control inthe conveying&sorting unit, the I/O wiring diagram, manipulator control and stepper motordrive circuit in the transferring&processing unit, and the I/O wiring diagram, stacker controland logistics information monitoring and control in the stereoscopic warehouse unit.4、Make a teaching application study of the teaching equipment of flexible productionline. Select ten typical tasks according to the requirements of vocational colleges to thecomprehensive vocational ability development of students, and make teaching case analysesto demonstrate the practicability of the teaching equipment.
