Compared with traditional contactor relay control system,PLC control has the advantages of good flexibility,simple wiring,easy programming,low failure rate,convenient maintenance and so on,and is widely used in combination machine tools and automatic line control system.This paper takes the relay logic control system of model 4102 diesel engine body production line as the research background,in order to improve the production efficiency of the body line,reduce the failure rate as the purpose,put forward the technical transformation of the original system based on PLC technology.The body line is mainly composed of conveying unit and six combination machine tool processing units.Each working unit is equipped with a PLC to complete its control requirements.Hardware system with FX1 N series PLC as the control core,through the main and sub-control PLC relay switch between the field connection to achieve the conveyor belt and the combined machine tool processing interlock control,constitute a closed loop control network.The software system is mainly based on the GX Developer software,using the ladder diagram programming language,developed the whole line automatic transmission program,the whole line/single machine automatic cycle processing control program,the whole line automatic back to the original position program,After the program simulation debugging,it can realize the automatic beat production,cyclic action and one key to restore the in-situ control function of the whole line processing.By using the logic control technology of shift register and the characteristics of the internal holding auxiliary relay of PLC,the program of single machine outage memory and recovery self-start is developed,which can realize single machine outage memory and one-key recovery self-start power,and further improve the production efficiency.Combined with the actual production of casting air impact molding line of the company,the control technology of body line shift register is implanted into the control system.Through program design and field debugging,the air impact molding line has realized the memory of power failure and the self-starting function of one-key recovery,and successfully verifiedthe feasibilityand compatibility of the shift register control program in other production automatic lines.The feasibility of PLC control technology in combination machine tool and its automatic line is demonstrated through the study on PLC control of machine body line.The actual operation effect meets the design control requirements,and can realize automatic production,solve the problem of low production efficiency and high failure rate,It improves the reliability of the body line and the stability of the machining precision,and meets the capacity requirements of the 4012 body. |
