Since the end of2010, AQI (Air Quality Index) data released by the U.S. Embassy in Beijing seriously exceed environmental legislation, leading to the public attention and intense discussion on the ambient air quality problems, prompting the relevant departments in China to attach great importance to the issue of air quality, such as dynamically publishing PM2.5monitoring data and modifying the air quality legislations to provide governance laws to abide by, and to reduce the hazards of airborne dust, protect people’s health and to weaken dust pollutionFor a long time, air dust pollution problem epitomizes in the industrial production field dust-induced occupational diseases such as pneumoconiosis, seriously affects the body’s respiratory system and are healed difficultly. So,most scholars focus on the research of principle of dust and the application in workplace.Whether it is a common mechanical force precipitator like centrifugal dust collector, inertial precipitator, or filter dust collector like bag filter, and application of the electrostatic dust and magnetic dust, in the course of purification object those has some relevance, the effects of dust collector applications are not better comprehensiveness than washing dust collector.Therefore,on the application of spray chamber textile mill as the research object, the article analyzes the impact stream spray chamber for purification of dust in the air spinning workshop.The purpose of the article:first, through the arrangement of air sampling point in the spinning department, monitoring the concentration of dust pollutants size distribution pattern and seasonal variation in workshop, then use of the CFD simulation software to simulate the two forms airflow in the spinning department, that analysis is conducive to evacuate the dust in the workshop and reduce the dust content of the air stream to guide in the form of textile air conditioning design;Second,use of microscope to measure the particle size distribution of airborne dust in the spinning department as well as in the purificated impact stream spray chamber the particle size distribution of the dust in the air flow, comparative analysis to study the impact stream spray chamber purification function of the angle from the dust particle size. FC-3A stud dust samplers and equidistant sentinel sampling in accordance with the dust principle requires5and18sampling points, and continuously according to the sampling data to adjust a sampling point within a small range, and the pursuit of sampling data accurately reflect the the workshop dust concentration distribution, continue around the in impinging stream spray chamber back windscreens and the front and rear of the spray section fixed-point sampling, are back in order to clarify the effect of this spray chamber to remove dust and spray chamber windshield necessity of setting the filtering medium.Sampled dust concentration is calculated membrane weight gain, dust concentrations are measured using polypropylene fibers measuring dust filters, dust particle size distribution measurement using the microscope method, it requires sampling dust to all out of the filter film, therefore, this part of the test uses perchlorethylene measuring dust filters, because the membrane can be completely dissolved in the butyl acetate solution, and this solution is not interested in the dust in the air, or the fiber properties of the spinning department produce dissolved phenomenon. So, from the spinning workshop and spray chamber sample concentration distribution, selects a high concentration of sites for particle size analysis of dust samples, made the suspension on biological microscope measurements and photographed, then uses specialized particulates image analysis software Image-Pro Plus to measure the the dust particle size distribution.Analysis reveals that, first of all, the spinning workshop air pollutants are mainly fibrous dust, the spinning frame area and workshop center aisle’s dust concentration is more evenly distributed, almost<2.0mg/m3, in line with the maximum allowable spinning workshop concentration in national regulation, but other areas of dust concentrations are also high, the highest position of the dust concentration of4.89mg/m3, and ventilation way of up-inlet and down-outlet should be used to reduce the dust content of the air workshop;in addition,with the reduction of seasonal temperature, the concentration of dust in the workshop have more obviously elevated this point in the winter and summer.Secondly, adjusting the impinging stream spray chamber pump and fan speed and nozzle parameters can significantly improve the dust removal efficiency, when pressure0.2MPa and wind speed of1.98m/s,the dust removal efficiency can reach to88.1%. Finally, the impinging stream spray chamber can reduce the equivalent diameter of the particles in the spinning department from maximum95.90μm to58.08μm, reduce the average equivalent diameter of the dust samples from7.53μm to6.95μm, the purifying effect of the diameter of5μm particles is more significant,and dust particle size histogram displays that airflow through this before and after the spray chamber,some of its diameter dust removal effect is very strong.
