| Industrial energy consumption in China accounted for over70%of the total energyconsumption of whole society, and energy consumption of textile air conditioningaccount for20%to40%of energy consumption in the textile industry, so take effectivemeasure to deal with textile air conditioning is the key jobs of the energy saving.Theheavy using of CFCs, leads to the environmental degradation. Employees’ comfort levelof working environment is poor in textile enterprises spinning workshop.Against to thesocial background of energy and the environment of our country and the backgroundstatus of the textile industry, apply the underfloor air distribution technology to spinningworkshop based on indirect evaporative cooling technology, in order to achieve thepurpose of energy saving, environmental protection, improving working environment ofthe workshop, and researching the performance of underfloor air distribution using inspinning workshop based on indirect evaporative cooling technology, providing a basisfor the application and promotion of the technology.The following is the main content of this paper:(1)Make a brief introduction to the development and application status of indirectevaporative cooling technology and the underfloor air distribution technology.(2)By studying the characteristics of indirect evaporative technology and theunderfloor air distribution technology, explore the feasibility of the indirect evaporativecooling and underfloor air distribution technology using in the spinning workshop.(3)Analyze the key technical issues that may face in the process of the indirectevaporative cooling and underfloor air distribution technology using in the spinningworkshop, such as: How to calculate the air conditioning load; How to maximize the effect of indirect evaporative cooling; How to determine the parameters of the underfloorair distribution system, How to control the duct condensation and the dust, and so on,and provide the corresponding solutions to these problems.(4)Study the system performance of the indirect evaporative cooling and underfloorair distribution technology using in spinning workshop, by designing case calculatingand contrasting the measurement data, find that system used this technology comparedwith traditional air-conditioning system can save more than10%of the air supplyvolume and save more than30%of the required refrigeration capacity.(5)By investigating the thermal comfort of the staff in spinning workshop, find thatthe staff of the workshop, which used the indirect evaporative cooling and underfloor airdistribution technology, have higher thermal comfort level.(6)Analyze the applicable area of the technology and applicable workshop type andthe different forms of air conditioning in different regions.(7)Provide suggestions for this project’s further research: transferre the textileenterprises’ waste heat of air compression system, change the heat into cold, achievefurther energy saving of textile enterprises. |
