As one of the key technologies of long-span bridge construction, steel deck pavementmaterial has been subject to a high degree of attention and concern at home and abroadacademia and the engineering sector. Due to excellent performance of epoxy asphaltmaterial, Since used in Nanjing Second Yangtze River Bridge Pavement, epoxy asphalt asdeck paving material in2000, it has become the preferred material for the domestic steelbridge deck. Because of the special nature of the epoxy asphalt materials, it’s pavingprocess and technology requirements are very different from other paving materials,existing construction equipment hindered the improvement of epoxy-asphalt’s constructiontechnology and construction quality. In this paper, based on the construction technicalcharacteristics of epoxy asphalt and the existing equipment, the working principle andstructure of the epoxy asphalt spraying synchronized paver will be determined,.First, according to technical processes and requirements of steel deck epoxy asphaltpavement, as well as the structural and functional characteristics of asphalt concretepavers and epoxy asphalt distributor. It studies the principles and layout structure of theepoxy asphalt spraying synchronized paver, discusses the precision control methods ofspraying, and analysis to ensure the strength of the rack in new conditions.Secondly, designed the spray hydraulic system, drive hydraulic system and auxiliaryhydraulic system, complete the hydraulic system schematic. Determine the maximumdesign operating speed of the device by analyses pavers working speed, completecalculation and selection of the walking hydraulic system.Again, studies the characteristics of drive system, analyzes the influence of load tospeed stiffness, the reason for starting operation defects, and control method of walkingsystem.Finally, establishe drive hydraulic system simulation model with AMEsim software.Under several different speed settings and different ramp signals, simulate and analyze thestarting process and stopping process of drive system. For the load changingcharacteristics in working process, simulate and analyze the stability of speed under constant speed conditions.
