Thin paver as thin paving construction of special machinery is widely used in roadmaintenance and road surface paving for its efficient operation efficiency and reliableoperation quality. Thin paver emulsified asphalt spraying system as independent system ofthis paver is different from the traditional paver, it has obvious difference with the traditionalasphalt distributor in spraying quantity and operation speed, its distributing effect directlyaffects the overall quality of paving. In order to improve the quality of domestic thin paverwork, this paper studied the thin paver emulsified asphalt spraying system based on thecurrent situation of technology of products at home and abroad, and the main contents are asfollows:This paper took the thin paver emulsified asphalt spraying system as the research object,summed up the main part of the thin paver emulsified asphalt spraying system and key factorsaffecting the quality of its work, and had carried on the overall design and selection of majorcomponents for thin paver emulsified asphalt spraying system. In combination withcharacteristics of thin paver emulsified asphalt spraying system parameters, analyzed thefactors that influence the effect of emulsified asphalt spraying in the aspect of theory, by usingfluid dynamics related knowledge, and gave the contrast curve of the relationship betweennozzle spacing and spray angle or single nozzle spraying quantity. By Fluent software forvarious types of spray nozzles in different medium viscosity and pressure distributing in thecases of effect are simulated and analyzed. Summarized the spray nozzle structure, mediumviscosity and spraying pressure law of influence on distributing effect, provided a theoreticalreference for the system to improve the effect of bars. The importance of constant temperatureand constant pressure control in system scheme was verified by the simulation analysis results,and the results provided the theoretical basis for constant flow with constant pressure controlshould be used in the thin paver emulsified asphalt spraying system at the same time.
