| Through the analysis for those different drive wheeled paver, to deal with tractiondeficiency of the rear-wheel drive wheeled paver, based on the rear-wheel drive to increasefront wheel drive system, the all-wheel drive system used in wheeled paver is studied.To complete the main work is as follows:1. Using the research method of theoretical analysis, computer simulation and test tocombine, to analyze the wheeled paver structural principle and operation process in-depth.2. To compare several systems of front wheel drive, the remote control constant pressurevariable pump hydraulic system is determined for wheeled paver front wheel drive system.3. The all-wheel drive wheeled paver traction hydraulic system is designed, theparameters is calculated, the mainly parts is selected.4. To establish a paver with all-wheel drive system simulation model, the wheeled pavertraction performance, start to accelerate the process, push truck starting processessimulation is done.The results show that, increasing the front wheel drive system, paver maximum tractionforce, starting performance such as speed and push the material transport truck improvedobviously.The paver prototype traction test is done, the results show that increasing the frontwheel drive system, maximum traction force and slip rate were significantly improved for thewheeled paver, which show that the proposed scheme and the design is reasonable andfeasible. |
