The rapid development of China has led to the vigorous development of variousconstruction projects. The number and types of construction projects in China havebeen increasing fleetly. More and more projects in large-scale, high-tech, andcomplex construction has shown up. However, that a scientific, reasonable design,excellent quality, as well as the efficient construction are directly related to thedecision-making of Construction project management of the project. In this paper,we combine the construction project management theory with Wannianhuachengresidential project, in order to improve the project management efficiency. Theconstruction project management platform system consists of engineeringtechnology platform, economic platform, management platform, legal platform. Thefour platforms are organically combined by the comprehensive application of themanagers to achieve the effect of "1+1+1+1>4".This text centers on the construction project management from the followingseven parts. The first part introduction mainly expatiates on the research backgroundand the purpose and meaning of the research, as well as the main content of the study.In addition, this essay also briefly summarizes the conception of the constructionproject management and the construction project management platform. The secondpart mainly takes Wannianhuacheng as an example, outlines its construction basisand project overview. The third part is according to the analysis of engineeringtechnology platform, including the basic structure of the engineering, engineeringmaterials, and construction. The fourth part of the paper is based on the analysis ofthe economic platform, composed of economic analysis and applicability analysis.The fifth section is in accordance with the analysis of the management platform,from the point view of planning functions, organization functions, coordinationfunctions, control functions and oversight functions. Part VI is based on the analysisof the legal platform, mainly from the legal and regulatory constraints and contractrisks aspects. The last part of the paper is a summary and outlook section, mainlyinvestigates the relationship between the four platforms of technology, economics,management, and law. What’s more, it also provides a future direction of development of the construction project management, such as the feasibility study ofthe project, integrated management and green management.
