Study On The Quality Management Of Construction Project Of The WHGC Residential District In DS Town FC City

The main study of this paper is to Dushi Culture Square residential district construction project in Feng City. In order to achieve the project quality control and assurance, I use literature and case analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis and graphic presentation of research methods, on the basis of analysis of the project quality management, project quality management plan and make available operation scheme, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the new problems in the course of implementation.This paper consists of seven parts. The first part of the introduction describes the research background, research status and research content of domestic construction engineering project management. Through reading a large number of relevant documents and books of reference, I have a comprehensive understanding and full grasp of the research on construction project quality management. I have a clear purpose of the study, research content, defined research methods and technical route. The second part is the research on basic theories and methods of project quality management. This part summarizes the characteristics of the project and the meaning and content of the construction project quality management, the project quality management of the construction project quality management process and basic method. The third part mainly introduces the basic situation of project culture square residential district, this paper introduces construction method of construction to the project design, construction schedule and the main part of the project. The fourth part is the analysis about project quality management of standards of culture square residential district, the construction difficulties and determine the construction process. Through empirical research, analyzes the quality management problems of the project during construction. The fifth part describes the guarantee project quality management culture square residential area through three respects of the development of quality management system, the quality objectives of the construction and the main measures of quality. The sixth part mainly from three aspects-the quality control before construction, in construction quality control and construction quality control after-to describe the quality control and optimization of the cultural square housing project. The conclusion part summarizes the quality management problems of project culture square residential area existing in the construction process, for the similar projects to provide useful experience and lessons in the construction quality management.
