Abstract/Summary:
Central heating is a necessary part of fundamental facility of modern cities. It notonly offers reliable heating source, but also reduces energy consumption and pollutions, compared with conventionally independent heating system, and thus iseconomics-friendly. Reliable and excellent plan-making project cannot only improvepeople’s living conditions, but also enables a solid foundation for the development andconstruction of cities. This paper takes a county in Xinjiang Province as an example, and finally finishedits heating system planning in four aspects: heating load, heating source, heat supplynetwork and thermal substation. Heating load of recent years and in the future iscalculated based on the now conditions of heating of this county. On the selection ofheating mode, different heating modes are compared in this paper on the basis ofaddress, number of boilers, design variables of boilers and then the best proposal isgotten, and then the design variables about heat supply network and thermal substationas well. At the same time, the environment goodness of the selected proposal isanalyzed based on national standards of heating. This analysis can be a reliablematerial for environmental protection measures. If the proposed new plan is adopted, the country will supply the quantity of heat443964GJ/a, nearly7400tons standard coal can be saved;7low-efficiency boilers willbe disappeared, and thus a big tract of land will be saved; nearly233.39tons of SO2,62.9tons of NOx,9.37tons of dust and1.78×104tons of CO2will be decreased inemissions. Finally, this paper analyzes the economics and overall effect of the proposed plan. The benefits in environment, energy-conservation and economics can be a usefulreference material for other designs to better the level of city central heatingengineering.
