The urgency of the energy crisis and the increasingly stringent environmental policies have forced our country to pursue a more clean and efficient heating mode.The original heat source of our country is the small coal fired boiler.It is not only a serious waste of energy,but also can not provide a continuous and efficient heat supply.How to improve the energy utilization rate of old heating system in our country and reduce the emission of pollutants is an urgent problem to be solved.With its efficient energy saving benefit and prominent environmental protection effect,cogeneration is becoming the main means to upgrade the old heating system in China.This paper first introduces the current situation of heating power plant of Wuhai city and the transformation of the region,and then according to the climate factors of heating area and the actual situation,has carried on the calculation of heat load calculation and hydraulic,puts forward the design and optimization of operation scheme of heat pipe;heat stress to the representative station of the selection of related equipment according to the thermal load and hydraulic calculation results;finally,direct to Wuhai power plant 18 heat transfer stations of the centralized monitoring system.The actual operation results show that the heating system improved the quality of heating heat,reduce heat heat rate,realize the real-time data acquisition,remote monitoring,automatic operation and other functions of the station,improve energy efficiency,reduce pollutant emissions.
