The Research On Building Thermal Load Forecasting And Controlling

Winter heating is paid close attention to in northern China, people have increased the requirement of heating quality and thermal comfort. According to statistics, the current energy consumption index of the heating system in China is three times that of developed countries, high heating energy consumption and heavy pollution has been the important factor of restricting the development of our heating industry, affecting the user thermal comfort and aggravating environmental pollution in cities. The overall level of central heating system in China is still relatively low, there is great potential for energy saving. There are many problems in thermal client and the heating effect is not ideal, it is not only failed to meet the heating comfort requirements for thermal user, but also caused a waste of energy.For the series of problems in central heating system, the research study at a student dormitory of a university. Firstly analyzing the thermal characteristics of the building in-depth to understand the building thermal performance index; then analyzing the heat balance and heat transfer processes inside and outside of the building envelope, analyzing the various important factors affecting the heating energy consumption of buildings and building heat balance model, giving a detailed theoretical study of all physical quantities and the model itself.The research and the establishment of the building energy consumption model is the premise of the thermal load forecasting. The research proposed scientific thermal load forecasting method through analysis of historical operating data, and realize to predict the heating load while maintaining the indoor temperature in specific settings at different times, and ultimately the function of heat load prediction.Based on the heating load forecasting the research proposed the practical heating control program, changing water temperature control strategies to control the heating provided to building, setting indoor temperature curve according to the user thermal characteristics, correcting the periodic heating combined with the climate and time compensation, improving the building heating quality and meeting the heat demand for users at different times, it can realize the purpose of energy saving with good economic and social values.
