The Construction Technology Research On High-rise Building With Grider Transfer Floor

Since high-rise buildings is used, most domestic scholars pay more attention to the design of R.C grider transfer floor in , but the research on construction technology is not systematic. In this paper, we studied the construction technology systematically combining with the mechanical properties of the grider transfer floor.First, a brief introduction of the high-rise building transfer floor’s functions, form, design and calculation methods and its development trends were given ,which can be regarded as a certain theoretical basis of research on construction techniquesSecondly, the author has investigated the construction technology of R.C grider transfer floor in high-rise buildings systematically . first, the study of template project was given ,analyzing the design calculation method of template project, discussing in detail the supporting system program selection, design calculations and the main points in construction, second, the research of concrete project was shown, focusing on pouring concrete elements and crack control measures in mass concrete construction. Finally, the analysis of steel project was given, focusing on how to solve the problem of calculating the reinforcing steel bars correctly ,connecting and colligating steel bars reliably and ensure construction smoothly.Finally, combining with the project instance of " Xi’an Hong Lin Famous Block" to analyze the key issues of template works, concrete works and steel works ,which can be used as reference of similar project .
