Research On The Cold Chain Quality Traceability System Of Aquatic Products Based On RFID

Aquatic products are becoming more welcomed by people,and the consumption has quietly increased in the background of China's economic growth and people's consumption level.However,frequent occurrence of food safety accidents and low trace back system makes people's safety and health in a dangerous situation,which makes many countries focus on food quality and safety area.It not only lead many enterprise lose their reputation and economic benefits in recent years,but also cause a lot of waste that seriously threaten people's health.However the existing traceability system has many problems,such as the low application of logistics information technology,which lead to a low expansibility of the traceability system,poor efficiency information transmission and difficulty in supervision which caused by the lack of relevant standards and so on.In this paper,to solve the problems above,first to analyses the study and actuality of quality traceability system both in domestic and overseas,then raised the problems is that information transmission mode in paper record and barcode are widely used which makes low efficiency and loss of information.Then put forward the way to use RFID in cold chain quality traceability system of aquatic products and business model information collection,then construct the conceptual model of the system,and taking the use of RFID to connect the business model and supervision platform to realize the aquatic product traceability.Finally,taking the tuna as an example,combined with the actual situation of cold chain logistics company LY and the conceptual model of cold chain quality traceability system,applied the RFID to the cold chain quality traceability system of tuna products to make a optimization of it.
