Small And Medium Coal Preparation Plant Safety Control System Research And Design

Nowadays, the information technology is growing fast, and the living environment of the enterprises has been changed, the informationization is more important than it used to be. This thesis set up the coal preparation plant information management system which will ensure the standardization of the corporate affairs operation efficiently work. Besides, it will positively improve the level of enterprise management, service ability, profits and reduce the cost of production.Though the research of the domestic small and medium coal preparation plant information management status, this thesis proposed the system of he coal preparation plant information management which will effectively solve the existing problems in the previous system. The system adopted the coal curve simulation technology to analyze the production of coal preparation plant, and the data during the manufacturing process was calculated; The washability, optionality and separation efficiency of coal were evaluated by using the Henry curve and distribution curve to obtain the raw coal washability curve fitting. The thesis selected the DaTun coal preparation plant which has been analyzed, moreover, the production process of coal preparation plant business has been analyzed as well. All the data is being checked at all time such as fast ash data and query the product sales data etc. The information management system running mode of coal preparation plant was proposed based on the PDCA cycle theory which is to promote the improvement and perfection of the information management system.This system collects the production scheduling, the information management and the sales management together to ensure the production scheduling information control running smoothly working, it provides the necessary technical support for the coal preparation plant and increases the level of coal preparation plant.
