Equipment spot-inspection management is an important parts of equipment managementof coal mine enterprise. In the traditional point inspection work, equipment state informationwas recorded and analyzed in the form of the documents mainly by the technicians, which ledto some problems such as low accuracy, low efficiency of spot inspection and low utilizationrate of equipment state information. Based on previous related researches of spot inspectioncontent and work, the thesis studied from optimizing the hardware performance of the lowermachine spot inspection instrument and realizing the function of software, researching onvibration signal filtering method, process optimizing of spot-inspection management todeveloping of host computer point inspection management system. which would construct aperfect device-dot-examination system, and ensure standardization and high efficiency of coalmine enterprise spot inspection management.First of all, functional requirements and architecture design of spot-inspectioninstruments are detailed discussed, and urgency of complete functions, powerful performancespot-inspection instruments are pointed in this thesis. The part of hardware circuit is added,the PCB is redrew, and the unreasonable place before the PCB layout is modified, all of themmaking the structure more compact. Software design platform of spot-inspection instrumentsare established to do both software development and gui development by the transplant ofSTM32library, μC/OS-II operating system and μC/GUI graphical user interface. Secondly,through the study of vibration signal filtering technique, the traditional signal filtering methodfor vibration signals of nonlinear and non-stationary signal acquisition in deficiency is pointed,therefore, using the method of empirical mode decomposition (EMD) to analyze vibrationsignal which acquired by spot-inspection instruments is put forward, and the empirical modedecomposition (EMD) filtering methods principle and steps are discussed in detail. ThroughMatlab simulation, the EMD filtering characteristics is validated, by use of this algorithm toprocess the data obtained by spot-inspection instruments, a good effect on actual vibration signal denoising is proved. After that, Through the study on point inspection implementationprocess and content, based on the PDCA cycle theory, using the contents of the PDCA cycletheory to optimize point inspection process is proposed, and a PDCA cycle model for processoptimization is constructed. Finally, According to enterprise actual need, the point inspectionmanagement system function modules and system database are built, by using Eclipse assystem development platform, JAVA as development language, SpringMVC+Spring+Hibernate integration EXT as project structure, the equipment spot-inspection managementsystem is completed.
