| With the social and economic development, the domestic transport volume of hazardous chemicals(hereinafter referred to as "hazchem") is increasing with the social and economic development. The number of accidents is also increasing with the rising of type and quantity of chemical transportation. Safety is the core issue of transportation of hazchem. However, when facing a sudden accident, the alarm system and the corresponding emergency rescue measures failed to put in place, so that delaying the accident reported, or causing the secondary disasters in greater harm due to improper rescue measures, which caused serious damage of social public security and people’s of life and property. It is an important issue that the research about hazchem transportation system of monitoring and emergency rescue.Based on the relevant aspects of the achievements in scientific research, enterprise products, patent research, aiming at the problems of the accident rescue support, we design a set of hazchem safety system for road transportation transport with high perception ability for wireless sensor technology as perception means and database as a support, and the introduction of transportation risk assessment module which intergrates process monitoring, rescue assisting and risk assessing, that has important practical significance to improve the dangerous chemicals road transportation safety.Build a wireless monitoring system with the Internet of things technology, GPS technology and 3G communication technology can monitor the status of the vehicles and hazchem in real time. Structuring emergency rescue system including the emergency response database which can mobilize the related information of hazchem in database after the accident, improving the efficiency of emergency rescue, avoiding secondary disasters effectively and reducing the harm of the accidents about hazchem transportation maximally under the proper rescue proposals. Transportation risk assessment model is established, defining the transportation tasks and route and carrying on the preliminary risk assessment to estimate the probability and seriousness of traffic accidents,which can help to adjust the transportation task and route, improving the safety and avoiding high risks.Finally, we test the role of the risk assessment model through the transportation task and route from Zhuhai to Zhongshan. The success of the test installation in the demo system of model car provides effective data for the system is feasible in technology and lay the foundation for the final completion of the the system, which make it would become the whole process assisted comprehensive safety system for hazchem transportation. |
