| Rice dumplings is the delicious on the tip of the tongue and it is also a kind of food with strong national feelings. With the development of the Times, factory production mode is gradually instead of pure handmade mode. This topic takes the rice dumplings which has been wrapped and filled with glutinous rice as the research object. A new thought which was using plastic film strapping instead of cotton for rice dumplings binding has been put forward by analysising the rice dumplings traditional manual and semi-automatic strapping process binding wire strapping process. This topic has designed a new type of strapping solutions, gave the conception about hou to achive the mechanization, completed the main actuator parameters design and structural design and finally studied the simulation analysis and verification by virtual prototype technology aiming at improving the efficiency of the production in the process of rice dumplings binding, so as to improve the factory production capacity of rice dumplings. The thesis mainly includes the following contents and results:(1) Through the investigation, the background, purpose and the meaning of this topic has been clear.The problems existing in the rice dumplings industry, industry status and mechanized implementation has been investigated and determined the necessity and significance of the thesis. The methods to study,the direction of specific subject to carry out and theoretical support for the subject has understanged and mastered on the basis of a large number of literature reading. By visiting internship and market research, I have known the the process of rice dumplings industrialization, from material selection to flowing into the sales market, in order to ensure that the research would not from the actual application.(2) The research ahout strapping technical principle and the process of rice dumplings. According to the national standard and factory production demand, strapping requirements about rice dumplings has been determind. Analyses the basic characteristic of the rice dumplings, including reed body shape, filling, leaves the object characteristics and the forms of strapping of rice dumplings. Combined with manual binding process and the semi-automatic strapping principle, the new strapping solutions has been put forward,and then the strapping technique principle and technology scheme has been designed and determined.After that, how to implement mechanization has been thought about, and the type about strapping machine has been choose.(3)Research and design of main actuator.The type of the main actuator has been selected and the parametric design has been made by analyzing the design requirements about strapping device of rice dumplings.The holding mechanism,reed lever mechanism, rotating entrainment mechanism and heat sealing cutting institutions has been designed and completed. The nstitutions involved in the design of cam mechanism, slider-crank mechanism and common linkage and so on has carried on the detailed analysis and computation.The result of the selection and design of the actuator motion analysis and optimization design was carried out, in order to obtain the optimal design scheme.(4)The research about overall layout of the strapping machine. Overall layout arrangement about strapping machine of rice dumplings has been designed to ensure the main actuator could ealize the function and position cooperating with each other.Completed work cycle diagram design, and according to the work cycle diagram of unit production capacity are analyzed.Completed the zongzi binding device control system and the design of the drive system.(5) Virtual prototype design based on Solidworks software.By using the Virtual assembly technology and Motion simulation of soldworks plug-in, 3D modeling and motion simulation analysis has been completed of the main actuator and strapping machine system. The purpose is to btain the optimal solution, shorten the design cycle and save the design cost based on the set of computer technology before the production of the physical prototype. |
