A Study Of Chinese Haze Governance Approach Based On Ecological Civilization Construction

In recent years, reports of Chinese haze has been frequently showed on the major news headlines, "haze" have become the highest CTR vocabulary. Chinese haze frequent outbreaks and becoming more and more serious, especially in the capital of Beijing, this air pollution not only have a negative impact on the public health, but also not good for traffic safety, social production and peoples’ living, what’s the worse is bring unpredictable losses to our national economy, this air pollution has taken widespread attention in the community. Air pollution has become the most important part in the current environment administer. The research shows that the main cause for Chinese haze are frequent industrial waste gas and coal traffic exhaust emissions, only to take a strict control of toxic and hazardous gas emissions, the air pollution can be curbed from the fundamental. while China is still in the primary stage of socialism, economic growth is also dependent on high input,high output and high pollution industry, relevant legal system has not been perfect, and weak civic awareness of environmental protection, which gave a big obstacle to haze governance.In the CPC’s 18th report, put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position formally, put the construction of ecological civilization to a strategic level, and put forward the concept of "beautiful China" at the first time. Building a socialist ecological civilization, is conducive to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, and also help protect the earth’s ecological balance. The haze-prone task making the construction of ecological civilization more urgent and serious. As environmental protection is still one of the major objectives and tasks in the Thirteen Five-yeas plans, while the haze governance is the major task.Looking at the western countries, they also had experienced high economic development with the pain of air pollution, the high industrialization and urbanization which had been followed by a heavily polluted air quality, but after decades of continuous treatment, the old industrial countries such as Britain, the United States, Germany, including Japan, they have achieved remarkable results on the governance of air pollution, and gradually get rid of the haze problems. This paper have summarized British, German, American and Japanese haze governance path above, combined with China’s specific national conditions, and summed up some valuable experience and specific measures to provide inspiration for the good governance of the haze, in order to explore a Chinese haze governance path, and to realize the construction of ecological civilization social goals.Share a common fate, haze governance is a task which brooks no delay.
