The fabric presence of poor resilicence, durability and stlye single issue after silicone finishing. To solve these problems, the subject adopts with the polyurethane which have excellent mechanical properties, elasticity, abrasion resistance to modified silicone. The anion and cation tow kinds of polyurethane-modified silicone finishing agent were synthesized by diferent raw materials, the structure and properties of the polymers were studied, and they were applied to cotton fabric, the resilience and durability has been markedly improved and treated fabrics have good soft, smooth and crisp feeling. Moreover, the cation polyurethane-modified silicone finishing off the fabric has antibacterial properties, the anion polyurethane-modified silicone has good bath resistance of dyeing and finishing.The details were as follows:(1)The different ammonia value of double-ended aminopropyl silicone(SA) was prepared with 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxan and octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane as the raw materials. The cationic polyurethane-modified silicone style finishing agent was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), poly propylene glycol(PPG), trimethylolpropane(TMP), N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA) and SA, the optimal synthetic conditions were as follows: ammonia value is 0.656, R value(molar ratio of NCO to OH) is 2.2, r value(molar ratio of NCO to NH2) is 0.6, the weight of MDEA and TMP were 9% and 1%(all representing percentage of the total mass of the pre polymer).(2)The modified emulsions were applied to cotton fabric. Compared with the untreated cotton fabric, the warp and weft MIU of the treated fabric were decreased from 0.279, 0.196 to 0.199, 0.184, respectively, the warp and weft SMD of the treated fabric were decreased from 7.215μm, 4.906μm to 5.314μm, 4.267μm, respectively, the warp and weft B of the treated fabric were increased from 0.0872cN·cm2/cm, 0.0268cN·cm2/cm to 0.0906cN·cm2/cm, 0.0285cN·cm2/cm, respectively, the warp and weft 2HB of the treated fabric were increased from 0.0407cN·cm/cm, 0.0093cN·cm/cm to 0.0411cN·cm/cm, 0.0101 cN·cm/cm, respectively, the WC of the treated fabric was increased from 0.236cN·cm/cm2 to 0.239 cN·cm/cm2, the RC of the treated fabric was increased from 53.74 to 75.63, the warp breaking strength of the treated fabric was reached to 961 N, urgent elastic recovery angle and gentle elastic recovery angle of the treated fabric were 219° and 231°, respectively, and the treated fabrics have good soft, smooth and crisp feeling, when the dosage of finishing agent was 80g/L, bath ratio was 1:30, and curing temperature and time were 150℃ and 90 s, respectively.(3)The bis terminal hydroxyl silicone(SO) was prepared with allyl alcohol polyether, hexamethyldisilazane and hydrogen silicone oil as the raw materials. The anionic polyurethane-modified silicone style finishing agent was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), poly propylene glycol(PPG), trimethylolpropane(TMP), P-EPS and SO, the optimal synthetic conditions were as follows: R value(molar ratio of NCO to OH) is 2.4, the weight of P-EPS and TMP were 10% and 2%(all representing percentage of the total mass of the pre polymer), Rˊvalue is 0.8.(4)The modified emulsions were applied to cotton fabric. Compared with the untreated cotton fabric, the warp and weft MIU of the treated fabric were decreased from 0.279, 0.196 to 0.191, 0.182, respectively, the warp and weft SMD of the treated fabric were decreased from 7.215μm, 4.906μm to 5.157μm, 4.104μm, respectively, the warp and weft B of the treated fabric were increased from 0.0872cN·cm2/cm, 0.0268cN·cm2/cm to 0.1008cN·cm2/cm, 0.0302cN·cm2/cm, respectively, the warp and weft 2HB of the treated fabric were increased from 0.0407cN·cm/cm, 0.0093cN·cm/cm to 0.0436cN·cm/cm, 0.0129 cN·cm/cm, respectively, the WC of the treated fabric were decreased from 0.236 cN·cm/cm2 to 0.233 cN·cm/cm2, the RC of the treated fabric was increased from 53.74 to 77.53, the warp breaking strength of the treated fabric was reached to 957 N, urgent elastic recovery angle and gentle elastic recovery angle of the treated fabric were 222° and 237°, respectively, and the treated fabrics have good soft, smooth and crisp feeling, when the dosage of finishing agent was 60g/L, bath ratio was 1:30, and curing temperature and time were 150℃ and 90 s, respectively.(5)The configuration and properties of two style finishing agent were characterized by FT-IR, 1HNMR, TG-DTA ect.
