| Using epichlorohydrin and1,1,2,2-tetrahydroperfluoro-1-octanol as materials, sodiumhydroxide solution as acid bounding agents and tetrabutyl amonium bromide as phase transfercatalyst,2-((3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluorooctyloxy)methyl) oxirane was preparedthrough substituted reaction. Fluoroalkyl was successfully introduced into epoxy derivatives.The structure was characterized by FT-IR and1H NMR. In the preparation process, the optimalreacting condition of condensation, such as reaction temperature, reaction time and so on, wasoptimized by single factor experiment in the dissertation.Other fluoroalkyl monomers weresynthesized named as8-(allyloxy)-1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorooctane and3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluorooctyl acrylate.Using epoxy or unsaturated double bond as reacting functional group, three kinds offluoroalkyl modified aminosilicone oil were prepared by treatment the2-((3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tride-cafluorooctyloxy)methyl) oxirane,8-(allyloxy)-1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorooctaneã€3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluorooctyl acrylate with amino-silicone. Controlled the molar ratio of reactants, different fluoroalkyl modifiedaminosilicone oil with different fluorine content were prepared. The relationship betweenthe fluorine content and the performance of fluoro aminosilicone oil was tested, and theresults told us that the surface tension of modified silicone was reduced with the increaseof fluorine content.Three kinds of fluoroamino silicone oil were emulsified by mixed emulsifiers. Theemulsification process was optimized and the emulsion was applied on fabric. Theperformance of treated and untreated fabrics was tested. The results showed thatfluoroaminosiilicone oil can afford with water-repellency and anti-yellowing to the finishedfabric with improving handle significantly. The performance of fabrics before and aftertreatment with different flouroamino silicone oil and different fluorine content was measured, the results showed that when the fluorine content was25%, the fabric which finished by the2-((3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluorooctyloxy)methyl) oxirane modified aminosiliconeoil had optimal results, its′water-repellency score was70and handle was level3. |
