During decades of exploration and development, Liaohe Oilfield has experienced the development process from the shallow to the deep layer. In recent years, the exploration of Liaohe Oilfield gradually tended to deeper layers and fast drilling, which achieved good results: good oil and gas were found in Xinglongtai area, Maquanzi area, Chenjia area and other places. The deeper well designs, the harder for deep well drilling in the area.Along with the rapid increase demand of oil and natural gas in our country and shortage of shallow oil and gas resources, deep formation breakthrough has become an important way to energy construction in China. Practice at home and abroad have proved that drilling fluid performance play a key role in ultra deep well drilling. However, water-based drilling fluid of high temperature resistance is generally not high in China, so the drilling fluid technology for ultra high temperature resistance has become bottleneck for deep oil and gas exploration and development of the technology.In the process of deep well drilling speed, reasonable drilling fluid performance is the foundation of success, it needs to choose pressure and kind of rheological properties according to the actual downhole conditions. Under the environment of high temperature deep underground, the density of drilling fluid and rheological property will not remain the same as shallow wells, but with the increase of bottom hole temperature and pressure,therefore, need to design reasonable for downhole drilling fluid performance of high temperature and high pressure environment.According to the reservoir characteristics and geological demand, we studied the wellbore stability technology of Chengu Block, and made the reservoir sensitivity evaluation through deep well drilling speed matching drilling fluid system research. Inorganic gel were used respectively in different sections of drilling fluid system, organic silicon polymer drilling fluid system, resistance to high temperature solid free drilling fluid system. Problems have been solved such as wellbore stability and cuttings purification effect. By combining the scientific deep well drilling speed technology, the deep well drilling in Liaohe Oilfield has received satisfactory achievements.
