Research And Application On Drilling Fluid Technology For Reservoir Protection In Liaohe Jin 607 Block

With continuous development of oil-gas resources,drilling technology is also developing gradually.Reservoir damage will affect drilling logging,well logging,oil-gas resources in the process of development and evaluation.So the necessity of reservoir protection attracts more and more people's attention,especially in the process of drilling and completion.Reservoir protection drilling fluid technology has an irreplaceable role in the accurate evaluation of reservoir,improve the stimulation and efficient development of reservoir.According to Jin 607 block of Liaohe Oilfield,we have a comprehensive understanding of target layer in geological characteristics,physical property of rocks and reservoir potential sensitivity factors from this paper through analysis of geological characteristics,sensitivity evaluation and experimental research.In view of the sensitive factors,we optimize a set of KCl/Polymer drilling fluid through inner experimental optimization combining with target block complicated drilling case analysis.Through comprehensive performance evaluation of it,the system has good rheological properties,lubricating performance and loss properties.Otherwise,good inhibition and reservoir protection can be seen.On this basis,the field trial shows that rheological properties,loss properties and lubricating performance of optimized drilling fluid have a greater improvement.Then the field application is preferable with a high core permeability recovery value of 90%.The results of the study provides a reliable and detailed basis for the establishment of protection scheme and suggestions for Jin 607 block drilling process.Futhermore,it has a good reference for the choose of drilling fluid and can help reaching the purpose of reservoir protection,preventing oil-gas reservoir damage.
