The well depth in Lukeqin block is larger. The drilling speed in the lower layer is slower. The surface layer is prone to leakage. The drillability of mudstone in Badaowan and Sandie formation is poor. There is large dark grey mudstone in east and north the lower layer. Because of its abrasiveness, drillability and irregular distribution, the choice for PDC bit is difficult. In order to improve the drilling speed, the breakthrough of drilling speed improvement is necessary.so that to solve the problem of this drilling area and drill in high speed.In this paper, the technical difficulties encountered by drilling Lukeqin block. Firstly, through the theoretical and field test to improved methods to study the comprehensive PDC drill bits preferably. According to the principle of optimization, bit type selection fuzzy evaluation principle to select drill bit preferably. Establishing the drill crown profile design model and PDC drill arrange tooth model. Secondly, the hydraulic pulse cavitation jet technology has studied based on the theory of hydraulic pulse jet and cavitation jet, from raising clearing rock efficiency and cavitation improve rock fragmentation efficiency point of view put forward the hydraulic pulse acceleration mechanism of cavitation jet technology.Finally, combined with the actual, develop a plan to speed up the block and the overall efficiency of analyzing the drilling speed in Lukeqin block in order to improve the drilling speed and shorten the well construction cycle.Through this research, in the perspective of project benefit, it provides technical instructor to improve drilling speed, in the perspective of economic benefits,it help shorten the drilling periodic and save the drilling cost.therefore this research has not only theoretical value but also has practical value and significance to solve the problem of to improve the drilling speed in this deep well area.
