Currently, the technology has become an effective way of old oil tapping the potential synergies and expanded application in various oil companies.As of 2015, Liaohe oil province has completed various types of sidetracking horizontal wells more than 300 ports, making the slope of these wells widespread high, difficult to control the well trajectory, single completion methods, most of the wells after twelve after steam injection appears sleeve(screen) damage or deformation dislocation, severe water issues such as sand. These problems lead to life sidetrack horizontal wells shortened production results have deteriorated, and the Liaohe oil region 70% of the heavy oil,So heavy oil thermal recovery perfect sidetracking horizontal well technology has become pressing.According to the above problem, this thesis mainly study well completion technology and matching tools. Analysis sidetracking horizontal well casing damage reason and research countermeasure(trajectory optimization, improve the quality of well cementation), optimize completion string combination design and completion way(selection, pipe string structure,thread type, casing pipe steel grade). well completion string matching tool: casing activity type universal joint,slip joint, hydraulic cement basket, are developed and carried on field test and application and achieved good result.
