In recent years, the oil field has entered into the late development stage, the reserves of the old oil field is reduced, the recovery rate is low, and the production cost is increased. As a fast, efficient and stable technology, sidetracking horizontal well completion receives more and more attention. Facts show that this technique can activate the vitality of the abandoned wells and low yield wells, improve their capacity at the same time. It can also effectively use the original wellbore and surface pipeline, pipeline structure and can significantly reduce the input of new wells and reduce the cost of oil and gas transportation. Based on the above factors, using sidetracking horizontal well drilling and completion technologies in Kazakhstan Kenkyak oilfield is very important to increase the comprehensive economic benefits of remaining oil and natural gas extraction. This study is mainly to analyze the remaining reserves of Kenkyak oilfield. Combined with the geological characteristics, using the side drilling technology in the old wellbore to sidetrack. After that, the horizontal well and its complete well completion technology were used to expand the original layer or to develop the new horizons. It includes the analysis of geological information of Kenjiyak, the choice of long and short radius curvature, the design of well depth trajectory, the implementation of the casing window, the requirements for mud performance and the processing of complex situations. If the study can succeed will of Kenneyak block renewed activity plays a crucial role, and the blocks around the re development has a very good reference. It will play a vital role in rejuvenating on Kenneyak block if the study can be successful. And it will be a good reference for the development of the surrounding area.
