Completion String Stress Analysis And Strength Check Of Thermal Recovery Sidetrack Horizontal Well

With the problems existed in sidetrack horizontal drilling wells, this article is doing theoretical research and analysis from the drilling technology, well completion technology and cementing technology, to propose measures that extend the completion string life process and formed suitable completion technology of sidetrack horizontal wells for Liao he drilling oilfield to achieve scale popularization and application conditions.In this paper, due to the drilling horizontal wells, particularly develop thermal recovery sidetrack horizontal well completion string stress analysis and strength check. Through theoretical contralateral drilling horizontal wells completion string stress analysis, calculation of different steel grades, different dimensions casing with different temperatures at different curvatures yield ultimate strength, we have provided theory for choosing the best completion string.It mainly includes the following 5 aspects:(1)Temperature field calculation: depending on lower the thermal conductivity of the tubing can effectively reduce the heat loss of wellbore and keep the casing from strength failure; the presence of packer changed the continuity of the casing wall temperature will inevitably cause partial casing stress concentrated.(2)Stress Field Calculation: the 40 mm cross-section below of the packer bottom of the casing wall stress concentration is one of the most dangerous sectional casing string entire; lower temperature steam injection and steam injection increases the pressure inside the casing can protect casing.(3)Metal linear expansion coefficient, elastic modulus steel casing, casing yield strength, three arguments with temperature changing can derive influence of temperature on performance parameters of casing.(4)According to the casing string stress analysis, the thermal stress analysis, the strength check test and thermal recovery processing different stages of well cementing and soaking period, complete the stress analysis of casing in thermal recovery well.(5)Determine the model and solve the model after the parameters of the model determined by two kinds of calculation methods in two dimensions and three dimensionsFinally, the calculation program is compiled on the Windows platform using VB6.0 meanwhile the theoretical model is solved.
