At present, the major oil fields at home and abroad take full advantage of horizontal well technology in the production of well in order to enhance economic efficiency. Optimization the process parameters of horizontal well perforation completion will improve the well capacity. In this paper, by analyzing of the variable mass flow in the horizontal wellbore and filtering flow from the reservoir to the horizontal wellbore, drawed a pressure drop model in horizontal wellbore and reservoir flow model.Thereby, created several of perforated horizontal well productivity models in the premise of considering the wellbore pressure drop.According to the model,reseached affection of the process parameters of horizontal well perforation completion to horizontal well productivity ratio and fluid production index and wellbore pressure drop. Provided a theoretical basis.to optimize the process parameters of horizontal wells perforated completion and improve production capacity of perforated horizontal wells. Based on the above, this paper conducted a perforated horizontal well length optimization, the use of intelligent optimization method—orthogonal design method, genetic algorithm optimization of horizontal wells perforated completion process parameters, the use of a non-linear integer programming constraints to optimal output, producing the optimal pressure differential, with perforation of the number of optimal and uniform flow profiles optimized for the distribution of perforating hole, so that horizontal wells perforated completion to optimize production and save costs. Finally, based on the formation of the algorithm, by using of visual studio2008,produced a optimization design software of horizontal well completion. |
