| Shandong province is a more developed and typical coal-burning provinces which severing air pollution. This research through analyzing the current situation of the industrial air pollution prevention law enforcement supervision in Shandong province and its existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem.Based on the framework, firstly, industrial air pollution prevention and control law enforcement supervision has been analyzed, and the state enterprise air violations of Shandong province and local policies and regulations finally elaborated anti-air pollution law enforcement supervision in Shandong province has been summarized. Secondly, from the law enforcement supervision, lack of motivation, relevant policies and regulations are not perfect, regulatory lag, the regulatory mechanism for capacity-building has its drawbacks, corporate compliance consciousness such as a comprehensive analysis of the anti-air pollution law enforcement problems in supervision system of Shandong province, lay a good foundation for suggestions.
