Research On The Optimization Of Work Safety Supervision And Law Enforcement Of Q City Government In Jiangsu Province

With the economic and social development,people’s living standards are constantly improving,workers have put forward more stringent requirements for safe working environment,and the issue of safe production has been paid more and more attention.The traditional safety production administrative law enforcement management system has many drawbacks,which is difficult to adapt to the needs of social,economic,scientific and technological development under the new situation,and is also not conducive to giving play to the role of the government in accident prevention and control.As there are certain weak links in the safety supervision and law enforcement work of the grass-roots government,and most of the safety production supervision enterprises are distributed at the county and township levels,to some extent,it leads to frequent production safety accidents.This not only affects the normal production and operation of enterprises,but also brings huge economic losses to the country.At the same time,it has seriously damaged the vital interests of the masses.Therefore,to solve the current dilemma of work safety,we should first improve the administrative law enforcement capacity of grass-roots governments.In order to better improve the level of work safety supervision and law enforcement of the grass-roots government and promote the stability of the work safety situation,this paper takes Q City,Jiangsu Province,as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of work safety supervision and law enforcement of Q City,reveals the problems in the work of work safety supervision and law enforcement of Q City,and proposes measures to solve the problems,in order to promote Q City to improve the work safety law enforcement system,Improve the level of work safety law enforcement.Through literature research,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,on the basis of the theory of government intervention and the theory of government under the rule of law,this paper conducts research on the work safety supervision and law enforcement of Q municipal government,and finds out the main problems existing in the work of work safety supervision and law enforcement of Q municipal government: Inadequate basis for law enforcement,frequent dereliction of duty,heavy pressure on law enforcement personnel and high responsibility,and low efficiency of law enforcement means.Based on the analysis of the causes of these problems,and drawing on the experience of other regions in China to improve the level of grass-roots work safety supervision and law enforcement,this paper puts forward suggestions for Q municipal government to improve its work safety law enforcement capacity: first,further improve the construction of the work safety legal system;Second,strengthen the construction of the law enforcement team of grass-roots work safety supervision;Third,improve the work mechanism of work safety administrative law enforcement;Fourth,we will strengthen the infrastructure for law enforcement at the grassroots level,and vigorously develop and promote information technology.
